To this day in India, people have been more spiritual than in Europe. Nowadays many people became vegan in western countries. They will go directly to God. We should know how much we should eat. We should get out from the custom chewing gum or chocolate by chewing coconut. In India, there are many people who are fasting one day every week. We should know always that we are human. Every morning we should give our respect to mother earth and the water.

The soul is the same in every living being. Life will kill life. God gave us the five elements in our body. We human can become one with God. Living creatures must eat so they kill others but this is a sin. But our dharma is not to kill. We shouldn't do anything harmful to others. Sometimes we think I forgive but not forget. Satyaprakash said some beautiful words about Holyguruji.
