Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. First creatures appeared in the water, the earth came much later. Shanka means conch; prakshalan means cleaning. Hatha yoga techniques like kunjal kriya are well known in many yoga schools. Don' t look at the age but the soul inside. It is not easy to get white hair! Birds feel where their nest is; humans are similar. One has to be there where you are. Now we are free to move, sometimes we are going back to the homeland. There are many good ways of attachment, otherwise, we are nowhere.

When we are walking in this area within five kilometers we feel something holy in the hearth. For bhaktas, it is good for purification. We have good feelings when we are approaching a holy place. When we were at Sri Alakhpuriji's cave we felt bhava: love and purity.

Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. We can say for our program seminar or retreat. Everyone has a body and have nourishment. Every creature has pranamaya kosha and manamaya kosha. Some animals also have some intelligence. The first thing is the discipline in yoga. We have to learn ourselves but follow the words of the Master. There are different ways to reach our aim but all can be successful and unsuccessful also. Go always in a good way. Don't think about the miracles. Éive your normal life and practise spiritual sadhana. The reality is within you. During meditation, we can dive in it. Be with thyself you have everything. In anusthana should be disciplined between the programs also. Pranayamas are cleaning our body Don't change too often the different technics. Be disciplined in eating and in drinking too.
